Having regard to the order No. 08/067 of October 26, 2008, appointing Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers and Vice-Ministers;
Given order No. 75-271 August 22, 1975, on the establishment of a National Committee for standardisation such as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 87 017 January 19, 1987;
Having regard to the Ministerial Decree No. denial/CAB/015188 of 19 August 1988 on the status and management of the national mark of conformity to standards.
Having regard to the Ministerial Decree No. 014/CAB/MIN/EMPI/2008 of 13 June 2008 on the establishment of a technical commission for the adoption of standards on cements, quantities and units.
Having regard to the urgency and the need;

On the proposal of the Secretary General to the industry, Chairman of the National Committee for Standardization;
