Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of employment, labour and the foresight social the Interministerial Order No. 0011 b/CAB/MIN/PSTA/2010 and no. 023/CAB/MIN/finance/2010 April 17, 2010 on the fixing of rates of duty, taxes and charges to be collected in the initiative of Ministry of employment, labour and social security.
The Minister of employment, labour and social welfare, and the Minister of finance, pursuant to the Constitution, especially in its articles 91 and 93;
Pursuant to law No. 83-003 of 23 February 1983 financial, such as amended and supplemented by Ordinance-Law No. 87 - 004 January 10, 1987.
Pursuant to law n ° 04/015 of 16 July 2004 laying down the Nomenclature in generating revenue administration, judicial, Crown acts and Participation as well as their terms of perception, as amended and supplemented by Act No. 05/008 of March 31, 2005;
Having regard to Decree No. 007/2002 February 02, 2002 relating to the method of payment of debts to the State.
Considering Decree No. 05/184 of December 30, 2005, repealing the provisions of Decree No. 068 22 April 1998 establishing the tax Franc;
Given order No. 08/073, December 24, 2008, on the Organization and functioning of the Government, practical arrangements for collaboration between the President of the Republic and the Government as well as between members of the Government;
Saw order No. 08/074 24 December 2008 determining the functions of departments;
Having regard to the order No. 10/025 of 19 February 2010 appointing Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers and Vice-Ministers;
Reviewed the Interministerial Order No. 062/CAB/MIN/TRAV. PREV. Soc. / 2005 and no. 063/CAB/MIN/finance/2005 of 27 June 2005 on the fixing of rates of duty, taxes and charges to be collected at the initiative of the Ministry of labour and social security;
STOP: Article 1: the rates of duty, taxes and royalties to be collected for the initiative of Ministry of employment, labour and social security are fixed as follows: Article 2: all prior provisions contrary to this order are hereby repealed.
Article 3: The Secretary General for employment and labour and Executive Director of the SUNBURST are responsible, each in relation to the execution of this order which enters into force on the date of its signature.
