Decree No. 11/01 of 05 January 2011 fixing the ordinary seats and springs of the Tribunals for children the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Constitution, especially article 92, paragraphs 1, 2 and 4;
Pursuant to law n ° 09/001 of January 10, 2009 on the protection of the child, especially article 117;
Given order n ° 08/064 10 October 200S concerning the appointment of a Prime Minister, head of Government;
Given order n ° 08/073 24 December 2008 on organisation ct functioning of the Government, practical modalities of cooperation between the President of the Republic and the Government as well as between members of the Government.;
Given order n ° 08/074 24 December 2008 determining the functions of the departments specifically in article 1 (b), litera 6;
Having regard to Decree n ° 10/025 of 19 February 2010 appointing Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers and Deputy Ministers saw the need.
On the proposal of the Minister of Justice and human rights; The Council of Ministers heard;
ORDAINED: Article 1: it is created in every city and in every territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a specialized court called Tribunal for child in acronym TPE in accordance with article 84, paragraph 1 of the law on the protection of the child Article 2: the regular seat and the jurisdiction of these courts for children shall be determined in accordance with the table annexed to this Decree Article 3 : The Minister of Justice and ' human rights is responsible for the implementation of this ' decree which comes into force on the date of its signature.
