DECREE



from day 1. March 2017



for animal genetic resources



The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 33 of Act No. 155/2000 Coll., on the

breeding, breeding and registration of farm animals and amending

some related laws (Act plemenářský), as amended by Act No.

288/2003 Coll., Act No. 130/2006 Coll. and Act No. 60/2017 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as

the "Act") to implement section 14a para. 5, § 4E of para. 6, section 14f para. 6 §

14 g of paragraph 1. 6 of the Act:



§ 1



To outlining the methodology of preservation of the genetic resources of the animal



To outlining the methodology of preservation of the genetic resources of the animal is given in

Annex 1 to the present Decree.



§ 2



The criteria for the registration of an animal as a genetic resource to National

program



The Ministry of agriculture records the animal as a genetic resource to

The national programme, in accordance with § 4E of para. 4 of the Act, if



and it is clearly part of the population) a species or breed identification

A national programme under section 14a of the law,



(b)) is within the population of a species or breed of the animal exceptional

the genotype or properties, or carrier of the genes of the founder of the line,

the tribe or family,



(c)) in an animal not confirmed genetically conditioned or developmental

defect and his general State of health allows you to reproduce and use as

genetic resources and



(d)) the sample was genetic or biological material of the animal passed

or removed under section 14f para. 1 of the Act and is stored in genobance under §

14 g of paragraph 1. 2 of the Act.



§ 3



The method and scope of the evaluation of the genetic resources of the animal owner

quantity 10 g; honey bees of 10 mg.



§ 5



The range of the annual reviews of the species or breed

genetic resources animal associations



The Association, which is participating in the national programme, evaluated at the level of

a species or breed of the animal, and included in the national programme for information about



and the size of the entire population) within the Czech Republic and the size of the population

the genetic resources of the animal,



(b) the number of animals newly registered) as a genetic source of the animal,



(c)) the number of currently living males and females registered as genetic

the source of the animal,



d) breeding or reproductive activity of the animals registered as

the genetic source of the animal and the result of the reproduction,



(e) the performance of the tests) results of tests or inspections, performance

animals registered as the genetic source of the animal and



(f) activities to support the practical) the use of species or breed of animal

and included in the national programme, educational and promotional events

for breeders and other related activities.



§ 6



The range of the annual reviews of the national program specified by the person



Designated person evaluates a comprehensive and structured manner at the level of

the breed or type of animal and included in the national programme for information about



and the strength of the animals for) the entire population in the Czech Republic and

population genetic resources of the animal,



(b)) the current status of population genetic diversity of genetic resources

of the animal,



(c) reproductive activity and outcome) the reproduction,



(d) the performance of the tests) results of tests or inspections, performance,



(e) the quantity and the status of current) preserved genetic material in

genobankách, including information about the quantity of newly stored material

move and samples provided by third parties,



(f) cooperation with stakeholders) national programme and other entities and

the effectiveness of this cooperation and



g) activities on support for practical use of a species or breed of the animal

and included in the national programme, educational and promotional events

for breeders and other related activities.



§ 7



Standards for the storage of material provided by genobankou



(1) Genobanka holds the material in an object that



and) is located outside of the floodplain, or protected from flooding by ^ 1)



(b)) is secured against the penetration of water, steam, rainwater and sewage

sewage, hazardous chemical and biological substances, or excessive

dust, and against exposure to physical phenomena, which could lead to

the destruction of stored material



(c)) is secure against the entry of unauthorized persons,



(d) electronic records management) allows you to present material

manner allowing remote access and



e) is equipped with an alternate source of electric power with sufficient

capacity to cover the time to repair the fault or failure of the basic

source of electrical energy.



(2) Genobanka holds the material in a device that

§ 8



The extent of adequate supplies of material



The extent of adequate supplies of material stored in genobance is specified in the

Annex No 2 to this Decree.



§ 9



Regulation (EEC)



Decree No. 447/2006 Coll., on animal genetic resources, is hereby repealed.



§ 10
