amending certain regulations of the Government in connection with the adoption of the regulation
the Government on the establishment of requirements under the acts and standards of good agricultural
and environmental condition for the cross-compliance rules and consequences of the area
their infringement for supplying certain agricultural aid

Change of government regulation on the determination of certain terms of the provision of
separate sugar payment in to sugar beet growers
Article. (I)
In section 2 (2). 1 (b). (d)) Government Regulation No. 45/2007 Coll., laying down
some of the conditions for granting separate sugar payment in growers
sugar beet, as amended by regulation of the Government No. 480/2009 Coll. and regulation of the Government
No 308/2014 Sb., the words "annex 2 to the regulation of the Government No. 309/2014
Coll., laying down the consequences of breach of the conditionality provision of certain
agricultural aid "is replaced by" annexes 2 and 4 to the regulation

According to Government Regulation No. 29/2016 Coll., in the version in force prior to the date of acquisition
the effectiveness of this regulation.
PART NINETEEN
The EFFECTIVENESS of the

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. March 2017.
