about the protected area Poodří
The Government directs pursuant to § 25 para. 3 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the protection of
nature and landscape:
§ 1
The protected landscape area Poodří
To ensure the protection of nature and the landscape part of the territory of the river Oder with cheese "Niva"
announced by the protected landscape area of Poodří.
§ 2
Mission and subject matter protected landscape area
(1) the Mission of the protected area is the maintenance and recovery of
the natural environment, particularly ecosystems, including wild
fauna and flora conservation and restoration of the ecological
functions and processes in the territory and the preservation of the typical character of the landscape in
the current development of environmentally optimal use of system landscape and
of its natural resources.
(2) the subject of the protection of the protected area is a harmoniously formed
the landscape of the floodplain of the river Oder and its tributaries with preserved natural
the processes of the natural ecosystem, with a typical nivního landscape impact
consisting of a mosaic of enclaves of meadow alluvial floodplain vegetation, crops

§ 3
The definition of a protected area
(1) the protected landscape area is situated in the territory of the Moravia-Silesia
region.
(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundaries of the protected area are
listed in annex 1 to this regulation.
(3) Indicative graphical representation of the territory is protected landscape area
set out in annex 2 to this regulation.
(4) the designation of the boundaries of the protected area on the basis of a copy of the
cadastral maps, including electronic form, it is saved in the Central
list ^ 1).
§ 4
The breakdown of the protected landscape area
(1) the territory of the protected area is divided into 4 zones of graduated
the protection of nature.
(2) zone I refers to the territory with the most natural
values, in particular natural or man made little altered by forest
ecosystems, the nature ecosystems arising from and maintained by the agricultural
economy and more particularly significant territory in terms of biological
the diversity and ecological stability of the landscape.
(3) to II. the zone includes territory economically used water,
forest and meadow ecosystems locally preserved natural values
and other naturally valuable areas that are economically used
nature-friendly way. In this zone also incorporating the economically
unused waterlogged scrub, reedbeds, ponds, periodic protékaná
old shoulders and periodic, i.e. land economically pools of unused in
flood waters up to two one-year territory, and also the territory necessary
for the preservation of natural values in the zone.
(4) To III. the zones are to be significantly altered by human activity
ecosystems, intensively used agricultural and forest land, production
ponds, dispersed, rural development and the installation of special-purpose construction,
especially for forestry, agriculture, water management and transport
infrastructure.
(5) To (IV). the zone includes human activity heavily amended parts
nature and built-up areas not included into other zones of nature protection.
§ 5
More protective conditions
(1) on the territory of the protected landscape area outside the built-up areas of villages can be
only with the prior consent of the competent authority for nature protection

f) organize events with the participation of more than 100 participants,
g) behave or ducks and their hybrids
h) fly on sports flying devices, or
I) operate an unmanned flying device on the remote control, in addition to
flights to ensure the security of the State, protection of persons, property or
public policy, and flights for the needs of nature conservation authorities.
(2) on the territory of the i. and II. zone of the protected area can only be used with
the prior consent of the competent authority for nature protection to leave the

(4) on the territory of the III. zones can be only with the prior consent of the authority to protect
nature planted plantation tree species indigenous to the geographically on land
which are not intended for the performance of functions of the forest.
§ 6
Transitional provision
The administrative proceedings initiated and the unfinished until the date of application of this regulation
shall be completed according to the existing legislation.
§ 7
Regulation (EEC)
Decree No. 155/1991 Coll., on the establishment of the protected area Poodří,
is hereby repealed.
§ 8
The effectiveness of the
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. March 2017.

The territorial delimitation and description of the boundaries of the protected area Poodří
Protected landscape area of Poodří is located in the cadastral areas
Albrechtičky, Bernartice nad Odrou, Bartošovice, Bravantice, Butovice,
Hladké Životice, Hukovice, Jesenik nad Odrou, Sioux Falls, Kabanyane above
Oder, Kunin, Mankovice, New hot, Petřvaldík, Polanka nad Odrou,
James, Boston, Pustějov, Donald, Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí, Studénka
NAD Odrou, Suchdol nad Odrou, Svinov, Šenov u Nového Jičína, Large
Albrechtice, Vražné in the Oder, Leeds in Ostrava Zábřeh nad Odrou.
Description (description from the South direction North)
The border runs from the train station at the railway crossing Mankovice
Road III/04732 along the southern boundary of the overhead parcel No. 2349 in to.
Mankovice towards the exit, at the point of contact with p. no 2035 cadastral Mankovice
after it passes through the southern edge of and goes on again after the southern edge of the
p-no. 2349 cadastral Mankovice, 38 m before it crosses the road
III/04810, continues outside the boundary of the parcel along the southern edge of the

continuing along the northern boundary of parcel No. 2972/1 in cadastral Butovice

2028/1 cadastral Studénka nad Odrou. In the northeastern corner of parcel No.

# 2030 and p no. 1940 to account no. Studénka nad Odrou) and after 200 metres
turns once again to the East. Runs along the southern edge of the embankment road III/46427
(p. # 2325, cadastral Studénka nad Odrou), then the southern edge of the parcel
# 1897 cadastral Studénka nad Odrou. In the place of crosses boundaries
veers to the South along the eastern edge of p. no 2035/2 and 2035/1 cadastral Studénka
NAD Odrou, and then continues East along the left bank of the mill
drive (after the northern edge of p. no 1969/29, 1969/24, 1969/5, 1969/1,
1969/37, 1969/40 and again 1969/1 cadastral Studénka nad Odrou) to the housing
the former railway line (the so-called old Štramberk lines). This passes
laterally and along the eastern perimeter of parcel No. 1962/1 in cadastral Studénka above
Oder continues in a northerly direction to the existing railway line no.
270. Moreover, 3.5 km northeast continues along the South-East

Road III/46427. Then turns to the South along the eastern edge of p. No.
2057 and 2056, the northern edge of p.č. 1691/8 and the western edge of p. # 2041
cadastral Bravantice 780 m) in length in the right-hand corner. the boundaries of the cuckolding

plot no 525/2 to account no. Petřvaldík passes through the built-up territory and joins
the dedicated hard in Albrechtiček (no 525/1 k. r.
Petřvaldík). At the point of contact with p. No 498/5 to account no. Petřvaldík cuckolding to
the South-East and follows the edge of the forest cover in contact with the agricultural
obhospodařovaným territory. On the paved communication between Petřvaldíkem and

III/05715. After changing direction is 2.2 km to the Southwest and passes through the built-up
the territory of the Bernartic to the village of Jesenik nad Odrou nad Odrou-Hůrka. On the edge of the
the village, the intersection of the III/III/0489 05715 and, the boundaries of the cuckolding to
the Northwest and runs along roads III/0489 to the roundabout in
the village of Jesenik nad Odrou. At this point the border turns to the North and leads
1 km along road III/04810. On the edge of the built area (on the contact
parcel No. 1179/3 and 1149/3 in the cadastral authority of Jeseník nad Odrou) turns to the
the southwest edge of the built-up area, copies (area of Agro and the Jagiellon) and
points towards the railway line no 270 (after the southern edge of p. no 1149/3, 64, and
67 to the cadastral authority of Jeseník nad Odrou). This lateral passes and along the North-Western
the boundaries of the overhead parcel no 1176/1 in the cadastral authority of Jeseník nad Odrou continues
south-westerly direction to the road III/0489. On the Boundary continues along the
Road III/0489 to the North-West, to the intersection with the road
III/04732 Vražné in the village. Then turns to the North and roughly one mile
monitors the road III/04732 and eastern edge of parcel No. 1657 and 1680 to
Vražné in Oder to the railway level crossing on the railway stop Mankovice.
Notes
