on the definition of zones of protection of nature protected area Poodří



Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 27 para. 2 of law No.

114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by law No 218/2004

Coll.:



§ 1



Definition of zones



(1) define the zones are graded for nature protection (hereinafter referred to as "the zone") on the

the territory of the protected area Poodří ^ 1).



(2) a designation of the boundaries of zones on the basis of a copy of the cadastral maps, including

electronic form, it is saved in the central list ^ 2).



(3) Indicative graphical representation of zones on the territory of the protected landscape

the area of Poodří is indicated in the annex to this Decree.



§ 2



The effectiveness of the



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. March 2017.
