GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 25 June 2002. January 2017,



fixing the rate of the one-time fee for storage

radioactive waste and the amount of the contribution from the municipalities and the nuclear account

rules



The Government ordered in accordance with § 117 paragraph 1. 4 and § 131 paragraph. 2 Act No. 263/2016

Coll., the Atomic Act:



§ 1



The rate of the one-time fee



(1) the rate of the one-time fee



and 145 000 CZK for) radioactive waste in the form of standard storage

units that meet the limits and conditions for the management of radioactive

waste management approved by the State Office for nuclear safety, or



b) 174 000 CZK for radioactive waste other than that specified in (a)).



(2) the rate of the one-time fee referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply as from 1 January 2006.

January 2018 increases each year by 2% compared to the year immediately

previous to that, up to 200 000 CZK in the case of rate according to

paragraph 1 (b). and), or the 300 000 CZK in the case of the rate referred to in paragraph

1 (b). (b)); the rate shall be rounded up to the nearest Crown.



§ 2



The amount of the contribution from the nuclear account and rules



(1) the amount of the contribution from the nuclear account for the municipality in whose land

the territory is established exploratory territories for specific intervention in the Earth's crust to

disposal of radioactive waste in underground spaces (hereinafter referred to as

"the exploration of the territory"), amounts to 600 000 € per year, and $0.40 per year for

each m2 of land in the village, that is territory exploration

provided for. This post will convert the storage management of radioactive waste

("Administration") the village for the first time in 3 months from the date of acquisition of legal power

the decision on the determination of investigative territory, and then always in the first

half of the calendar year.



(2) the amount of the contribution from the nuclear account for the municipality in whose land

the territory is established a protected area for special intervention in the Earth's crust to

storage of radioactive wastes in underground spaces (hereinafter referred to as

"protected area"), is 600 EUR per year and per 0.60 Eur per year

M2 land area of the village, which is a protected area. This

the contribution of the first administration of the village of converts within 3 months from the date of acquisition of legal

the decision on the establishment of the protected area and, subsequently, always in the first

half of the calendar year.



(3) the amount of the contribution from nuclear account for the municipality in whose land

the territory is allowed to operate the storage of radioactive waste, is 4

000 000 CZK per year. This post will convert the village Administration in the first half

of the calendar year. On this, the municipality receives a contribution of 10

EUR for each m3 of radioactive waste stored in a given calendar

year. This post will convert the village Administration in the first half

the following calendar year.



(4) the municipality in whose territory it is established the protected area,

Converts a one-time contribution from the nuclear Administration account in the amount of 50 000

USD within 1 year from the date of the decision on the determination of

the protected area.



(5) the area of territory, or the protected area of the survey, which is the basis of

for the calculation of the amount of the allowance provided for in paragraph 1 or 2, shall be calculated according to the

definition of exploratory territories or of the protected area in the decision,

in which this area was laid out.



(6) the contribution referred to in paragraph 1 or 2, belong to the municipality in whose

cadastral territory provided for the exploration of the territory or the protected area,

only after the period of validity of the decision on the establishment of the survey

territory, or of the protected area.



§ 3



Transitional provision



Municipality in whose territory is on the date of entry into force of this

the regulation provided for the protected area, it converts the single payment Management

from the nuclear account in the amount of 50 000 000 Czk for 1 year from the date of acquisition

the effectiveness of this regulation.
