The Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 7 para. 2 of Act No. 89/1995 Coll., on
the national statistical service, to announce with effect from 1. January 2017
update the dial countries (CZEM), established by the communication of the Czech
the Statistical Office no 489/2003 Coll., of 18 December 2003. December 2003, on the issue of

Update the dial countries is carried out on the basis of changes in the international
ISO 3166-1 that publishes on its website the international
Organization for Standardization (ISO). Changes in the countries are listed in the
Annex to the communication.
Valid text of the updated Dial countries (CZEM) will be available on the
the Czech Statistical Office's website at
www.czso.cz.
