DECREE
of 15 November 2004. December 2016,
amending Decree No 298/2014 Coll., on the establishment of the list
cadastral territory with assigned average basic prices
agricultural land, as amended by Decree No. 344/2015 Sb.
The Ministry of agriculture, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance shall lay down according to the
section 17 of Act No. 337/1992 Coll., on tax on immovable property, as amended by law
No 315/1993 Coll. and Act No. 483/2001 Coll.:
Article. (I)
The annex to Decree No 298/2014 Coll., on the establishment of the list of cadastral
territory with assigned average basic prices of agricultural land,
as amended by Decree No. 344/2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
