GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 5 April 2004. October 2016,



amending Government Decree No. 567/2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, about

the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of difficult work

environment and the amount of the payroll allowance for work in difficult working

the environment, as amended



The Government directs pursuant to § 111 paragraph. 2 and § 112 para. 2 of Act No. 262/2006

Coll., the labour code:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 561/2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, the lowest levels

guaranteed wage, on the definition of difficult working environment and the amount of

payroll allowance for work in difficult working environment, as amended by

Decree-Law No 249/2007 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 452/2009 Coll.,

Cabinet regulations no 246/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 210/Sb.

Government Regulation No. 204/2014 Coll. and Decree-Law No. 233/2015 Sb,

be amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1, letter a) is added:

2. In paragraph 2, the figure "58.70" is replaced by "66" and the number "9 900"

by "11 000".



3. in section 3, paragraph 1 reads:
