transfers of data to the national health information system
The Ministry of health shall, pursuant to section 120 of Act No. 372/2007 Coll.
on health services and conditions of their provision (law on
health services), as amended by Act No. 147/2016 Coll., to implement section
70 paragraph 1. 6 and section 78 of the Act on health services:
§ 1
(1) personal and other data are to be transmitted to the national health
information system (hereinafter referred to as the "information system") in electronic
the form of the direct registration or on a technical medium.
(2) direct registration is implemented with secure data transmission protocol
through remote access to the specified e-mail address
listed on the website of the Institute of health information and
Statistics of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Statistical Institute")
and) telemedicine,
(b)) online registration through the Web application, or
(c) by filling in the electronic form) and sends it to the appropriate
the data store.

forwarded to the person or by the holder of the postal licence, which

§ 2

§ 3

Repealed the Decree No 116/2009 Coll., on transfers of data to the national
health information system.
§ 5
Transitional provision
If the operative event for the transmission of data in accordance with Decree No.
116/2009 Coll., on transfers of data to the national health
information system, occurred before the date of entry into force of this order
and the time limit for the transmission of such data as provided for by Decree No 116/2009 Sb.
passed to the effective date of this order, shall transmit the information to the
the relevant register within the time limit referred to in Decree No. 116/2009 Sb.
§ 6
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2017.

data in the national health information system for the needs of
the registers and the periodicity and time limits for the transmission of
1. The national cancer registry
1.1 Tour providers relying information:

(b)) is responsible for the treatment and monitoring of disease from a group of diagnoses of malignant
