about some of the ways food labelling
The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 18 para. 1 (b). a) of law No.
110/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing
some related laws, as amended by Act No. 180/2016 Coll. (hereinafter referred to
"the Act"):
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) this Decree transposes the European Union regulation ^ 1)
at the same time follows the directly applicable European Union regulation ^ 2) and
modifies some of the ways food labelling and the means of identification of the lot.
(2) for the purposes of this order, subject to all the requirements on the dishes
laid down for food, in addition to the requirements laid down for the way
labelling of food and food for a bulk wrapped without
the presence of the consumer.
(3) the provisions of this Decree shall not affect obligations concerning the provision of
information about the origin of the food provided for directly applicable provisions

§ 2

§ 3

§ 4
The labelling the net quantity of the food

§ 6
How food labelling under section 7 and 8 of the Act

§ 7
One way to provide information about the dishes under section 9a of the law

§ 8
Technical regulation
This Decree was notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament

§ 10
Transitional provision
Foods placed on the market or labelled before the date of entry into force of this
the Decree may be marketed until stocks are exhausted.
§ 11
The effectiveness of the
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2017, with the exception of
