on the constituent and breakdown of the statements necessary for the processing of messages on the
the operation of systems in the energy sectors, including the dates, the scale and
rules for drawing up reports (statistical Decree)
The Energy Regulatory Office (hereinafter referred to as ' the authority '), pursuant to section 98, para.
2 (a). m) Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and performance
State administration in the energy sectors and on amendments to certain laws
(Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 131/2015:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree shall lay down the particulars and statements necessary for the breakdown of the
the processing of messages about the operation of systems in the energy sectors (hereinafter referred to as
"statements"), including the dates, the scope of and rules for drawing up statements.
§ 2
Rules and deadlines for the preparation and submission of reports
(1) the Office shall draw up Reports and licensee
and the production of electricity,)
b) transmission of electricity,
c) distribution of electricity,
d) gas production,
e) gas,
f) gas distribution,
g) gas storage,
h) production of thermal energy and
I) market operator's activities.
(2) the licensee shall submit reports on the dates listed for
each licensee in annex 1 to this notice.
§ 3
Breakdown, terms and scope statements
(1) breakdown of the reports is given in annex 1 to this notice. Formal
and substantive requirements statements for individual licensees are listed
in annexes 2 to 17 of this Decree.

h) gas storage draws up reports to the extent referred to in annexes 13 and
14 to that Decree,
I) generate heat energy prepares statements to the extent referred to in annex No.
15 to this Decree,
j) market operator's activities shall draw up reports in the range according to the annexes to the No.
16 and 17 of this Decree.
§ 4
The effectiveness of the
