The Ministry of environment in cooperation with the Ministry of
of agriculture and the Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 33 para. 4, §
33B, para. 3 and § 39 para. 14 of Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on waste and on the
amendments to certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 314/2006 Coll.

PART THE FIRST
THE MODIFIED TERMS OF USE OF SLUDGE ON AGRICULTURAL LAND
§ 1
The subject of the edit

§ 2
Basic concepts
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 3
Technical conditions of application of the adapted sludge on agricultural land
(1) a modified sludge on agricultural land can be used only for completion of the

sludge must be on one part of the soil block used in one
agrotechnical operation and in one contiguous time period under favorable
physical and moisture conditions; If used sludges contain less
than half the limit the quantity of each of the hazardous substances and

§ 4
The limit values of concentration of selected hazardous substances in the soil and

§ 5
The limit values of concentration of selected hazardous substances and elements in sludge and
microbiological criteria for the use of sludge on agricultural land

Procedures for analysis of sludge and soil, including sampling methods
§ 6
(1) the sampling and analysis of samples of the soil (hereinafter referred to as the "monitoring of the land") on the
soil block intended for application of the adapted sludge and sampling and analysis

§ 7

§ 8
Program using the sludge

§ 9
Storage conditions modified sludge and conditions of temporary storage

§ 10
Requests to verify the effectiveness of sludge treatment technology

§ 11

§ 12
