GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 21 June 1999. September 2016,



amending Government Decree No. 304/2014 Coll., on salaries

Government employees, as amended by Decree-Law No. 279/2015 Sb.



The Government directs pursuant to § 145 of paragraph 1. 1 and § 148 paragraph. 1 of law No 234/2014

Coll. on State service, and under section 129 para. 2 of Act No. 262/2006 Coll.

the labour code, as amended by Act No. 362/2007 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 304/2014 Coll., determining the emoluments of the State

employees, as amended by Decree-Law No. 279/2015 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1, the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are added:



"(3) A staff member who is classified or designated on a business

the place for which it is established, at least 12. grade, which is

marked in the staff regulation of the institution for the key and for which

is determined by the scope of the civil service (the "service") referred to in annex No.

1 to this regulation, the institution determine the salary plan up to the amount of

5. In section 3, paragraph 3. 2 (a). and section 1: the word) "State" and the words "(hereinafter referred to as

the "service") ' shall be deleted.



6. in section 3, paragraph 2, the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are added:



"(3) the periods referred to in paragraph 2 shall be added to the staff of time 5

pursuant to section 155 para. 2 the first sentence of the law on civil service was in

Article II



Transitional provision
