on the recognition of producer organisations and associations of producer organisations to
implementation of the common organization of the market in agricultural products, and selected
amending Decree-Law No 282/2014 Coll., on certain conditions, to
implementation of the common organization of the market in milk and milk products sector

PART THE FIRST
RECOGNITION OF PRODUCER ORGANISATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS OF PRODUCER ORGANISATIONS TO
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMON ORGANIZATION OF THE MARKET IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS SHOULD BE SELECTED
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This regulation lays down further to a directly applicable regulation

§ 2
The recognition of producer organisations

§ 3
The recognition of associations of producer organisations
(1) an application for the recognition of associations of producer organisations for the implementation of the common
organisation of the market in the sector referred to in annex No. 1 or 2 to this

§ 4
Recognised producer organisations and associations of producer organisations recognised by the

§ 5
The activities of producer organisations and associations of producer organisations
(1) if the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisations or recognised
Association of producer organisations in the sector referred to in annex No. 1 or 2

Union ^ 1), or violates any of the rules established for the regulation of their activities

2 (2). 5 (b). and) or § 3 para. 3, the recognition of producer organisations
or the recognition of associations of producer organisations shall cancel the decision.
(3) if the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisation in the sector referred to
in Appendix 1 or 2 to this regulation repeatedly fails to comply with a condition
provided for in § 2 (2). 3 (b). (b)) or § 2 (2). 5 (b). (b))
up to 10% of the total annual production of traded listed in annex No. 1
or 2 to this regulation, the decision recognising the producer organisation
cancels. If the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisation in the industry
referred to in annex No. 1 or 2 to this regulation fails to comply with a condition of section 2
paragraph. 3 (b). (b)) or § 2 (2). 5 (b). (b)) by more than 10% of the total
the annual production of traded listed in annex No. 1 or 2 to this
Regulation, the Fund cancels the decision recognising the producer organisation.
(4) if the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisations or recognised
associations of producer organisations to deliver the Fund until 31 December 2006. January reports on the
value or volume of marketable production referred to in section 4, paragraph 4. 1, prompts the Fund
the producer organisation or Association of producer organisations to remedy in the
reasonable period of time, if there is no remedy within the prescribed period, the Fund

(5) if the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisations or recognised
Association of producer organisations of the Fund to deliver changes to the information referred to in section 2 of the
paragraph. 8 or section 3, paragraph 3. 4, the Fund will invite the producer organisation, or
associations of producer organisations to remedy within a reasonable time, if
are not remedied within the prescribed period, the recognition of producer organisations
or Association of producer organisations shall cancel the decision.
(6) if the Fund finds that a member of a producer organisation fails to comply repeatedly
the condition set out in section 2 (2). 2 (a). (b) point (2) and not) to be excluded in
accordance with the articles of Association of a producer organisation, the recognition
the producers decision cancels.
(7) if the Fund finds that the producer organisation fails to comply with a condition
provided for in § 2 (2). 2 (a). (b)) (3) Fund appreciation organization

PART TWO
Amendment of regulation the Government about some of the conditions for the implementation of the common
organisation of the market in milk and milk products sector
§ 6
Decree-Law No 282/2014 Coll., on certain conditions for the implementation of
the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products shall be amended
as follows:
1. In section 4, paragraph 4. 2 letter a) is added:
"a list of all members), each of which must be a producer of milk, and
1. the minimum is 10, and whose total minimum annual
milk production was traded in the last calendar year prior to the
on the date of submission of the application at least 15 000 000 kg, or
2. their minimum number is 5, and the total minimum annual
milk production was traded in the last calendar year prior to the
the date of submission of at least 500 000 kg, in the case of forest management mode
organic farming ".
2. In section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). (b)), the word "and" shall be deleted.
3. In paragraph 4, at the end of paragraph 2, the period shall be replaced by "a" and
the following point (d)), which read as follows:
"(d)) document proving when the management mode of ecological
Agriculture, that
1. the applicant is trading in the mode of ecological agriculture and
2. all the members of the producer organisation is running in mode
organic farming. ".
4. In paragraph 6, the following paragraph 6 to 9 shall be added:
"(6) if the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisation in the milk and
dairy products fail to comply with a condition of the minimum number of members laid down in the
section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). and) point 1 or 2, the recognition of producer organisations
or the recognition of associations of producer organisations shall cancel the decision.
(7) if the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisation in the milk and
dairy products repeatedly fails to comply with a condition of a minimum annual traded
milk production provided for in section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). and) point 1 or 2
a maximum of 10% of total annual production, the Fund traded recognition
the producer organisation shall revoke the decision. If the Fund finds that a recognised
producer organisations in the milk and milk products fail
the minimum annual marketable milk production provided for in § 4
paragraph. 2 (a). and) point 1 or 2 by more than 10% of the total annual
traded production, Fund decision recognising the producer organisation
cancels.
(8) if the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisations or recognised
associations of producer organisations to deliver the Fund until 31 December 2006. January reports on the

negotiated by the recognized producers ' organizations or recognized by the associations
producer organisations shall invite the producer organisation or Association Fund
producer organisations to remedy within a reasonable time, unless

associations of producer organisations shall cancel the decision.
(9) if the Fund finds that a recognised producer organisations or recognised
Association of producer organisations of the Fund to deliver changes to the information referred to in paragraph 4 of the
paragraph. 4 or § 5 para. 4, the Fund will invite the producer organisation, or
associations of producer organisations to remedy within a reasonable time, if
are not remedied within the prescribed period, the recognition of producer organisations
or Association of producer organisations shall cancel the decision. ".
§ 7
Transitional provisions
(1) the proceedings initiated pursuant to Decree-Law No 282/2014 Coll., as amended by
effective before the date of entry into force of this regulation, and to this day

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. October 2016.
