on the establishment of more detailed terms relating to electronic
Tools, electronic public procurement operations and
the certificate of conformity
Ministry for regional development shall be determined according to section 213 paragraph. 3 of Act No.
134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):
§ 1
The subject of the edit

§ 2
Definition of terms
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 3
Conditions for the provision and access to documents and information on the profile

§ 4

§ 5
Encryption and submission in electronic form

§ 6

§ 7

§ 8

§ 9
The certificate of conformity

§ 10
The conditions for issuing the certificate of conformity

§ 11
Requirements for an application for the issue of certificate of conformity

§ 12
The validity of the certificates of conformity
(1) if the applicant proves the conformity to the certification body electronic
