Dated July 7, 2016,

Amending Decree no. 505/2006 Coll., Which implements certain provisions
Social Services Act, as amended

Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to § 119 para. 2 of Act No.
. 108/2006 Coll., On social services, as amended by Act no. 261/2007
Coll., Act no. 206/2009 Coll., Act no. 366/2011 Coll. and Act no. 313/2013 Coll
., to implement § 9 par. 6 of the Act:
Article I


Decree no. 505/2006 Coll., Which implements certain provisions of the Act
Social Services, as amended by Decree no. 166/2007 Coll., Decree no.
340/2007 Coll., Decree No. . 239/2009 Coll., Decree no. 162/2010 Coll.
Decree no. 391/2011 Coll. and Decree no. 389/2013 Coll., is amended as follows:

First In § 1, at the end of paragraph 4 sentence "acceptable standard
means dealing with basic necessities in quality and in a manner that
is common and customary, and that allows this need was handled without a daily
to help other people. ".

second Annex no. 1 reads:

Defining ability to handle basic necessities of life

A) Mobility

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able to manage

First getting up and down,

Second headstand,

Third occupy and change position

Fourth move the walking step by step, or even interrupting
stops in the apartment and common ground in the range of at least 200 m, and even after
uneven surfaces

Fifth opening and closing doors,

6th walking up the stairs one floor up and down,

7th enter and exit of vehicles including barrier,
and use them.

B) Orientation

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First identify and recognize eyesight and hearing,

Second have adequate mental competence

Third orient a person, time and place

Fourth orient themselves in the natural social environment

Fifth orient themselves in normal situations and respond appropriately to them.

C) Communications

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First express themselves intelligibly spoken language and communicate with her through
with others in a range of common vocabulary
appropriate age and social status,

Second understand the content received and conveyed messages

Third create a short handwritten message

Fourth generally used to understand the basic pictorial symbols and
audio signals,

Fifth using common means of communication.

D) Board

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First choose a ready-to-eat food and drink,

Second pour drink

Third divide the food into smaller pieces and dish out her

Fourth eat and drink

Fifth follow established dietary regime

6th consume food in the usual daily routine,

7th relocate drink and food at the place of consumption.

E) Clothing and footwear

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First choose clothes and shoes appropriate to the circumstances,

Second recognize the obverse and reverse of clothing and layer them properly,

Third dressing up and putting on to

Fourth undress and take off to

Fifth manipulate clothing related to the daily regime.

F) Physical hygiene

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First use sanitary facilities,

Second observe personal hygiene, wash and dry the the individual parts
body

Third perform general hygiene,

Fourth comb to perform oral hygiene shave.

G) Exercise of physiological needs

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First in time to use the toilet,

Second take a suitable position

Third defecate,

Fourth perform ablutions

Fifth Use hygiene.

H) Health Care

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First adhere defined treatment regimen,

Second carry out their preventive, curative and rehabilitative and therapeutic

Nursing procedures and measures and the use to needed medications or
aids

Third recognize health problem and, if necessary, seek or
summon help.

I) Personal activities

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First establish contacts and relationships with others,

Second plan and organize personal activity

Third contact with the social environment,

Fourth to set and meet the daily program

Fifth perform usual activities age and environment, such as education,
employment, leisure activities, carry out their business.

J) Home Care

The ability to manage this basic necessities of life is considered a state
where a person is able

First handle money in the context of personal income and household

Second manipulate everyday objects

Fifth cook a simple hot meal and beverage

6th perform routine chores to deal with the laundry, wash the dishes,

Article II



Transitional provisions
In proceedings concerning the care allowance, which was launched and was not legally
completed before the effective date of this decree, the ability to manage
basic necessities of life assessed by Decree no. 505/2006
Coll. as in force before the effective date of this decree.
Article III

Efficiency


This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2016.
