On standards for accreditation of higher education

Government directs pursuant to § 82a of Act no. 111/1998 Coll., On universities and
on changes and amendments to other acts (the Universities Act), as amended
Act no. 137/2016 Coll. :

§ 1
Subject Matter


This Regulation lays down standards for institutional accreditation
standards for accreditation of study program, the standards for accreditation
habilitation procedures and standards for the accreditation procedure for the appointment of Professor
that are listed in the Annex hereto.

§ 2
Efficiency


This regulation comes into force on 1 September 2016.

Standards for Accreditation in Higher Education
PART ONE


STANDARDS FOR INSTITUTIONAL ACCREDITATION

A. Requirements institutional environment

I. Competence of college, a management college

First College has defined authority that fulfills the statutory powers
authority and other bodies, their scope, authority and responsibility.
Is defined remit, powers and responsibilities of managers.

Second The college has a defined scope, powers and responsibilities of the institutions
and senior staff of the institutions that form a functional unit
.

B. Requirements for education

STANDARDS FOR ACCREDITATION OF THE STUDY PROGRAMME
Title I


General requirements

C. Requirements institutional environment

I. Competence of Colleges

D. Requirements for the degree program

I. Compliance of the study program with the mission of the college and its goals

possibly even another natural or legal person and the length of this practical
teaching, with:

A) curriculum academically oriented bachelor's or master
degree program is designed to allow students especially
acquiring theoretical knowledge needed for the profession, including
exercise in creative activities and acquiring the necessary practical || | skills

B) curriculum professionally oriented bachelor's or master
degree program is designed to allow students in particular,

VI. Financial, material and other support for the degree program

First The college has reviewed the estimated financial cost of

its modernization, personnel costs, costs of further education academic
workers and spending on innovation, and has secured
adequate resources to cover these costs.

Second The college has secured infrastructure for teaching in the study
program, especially adequate material and technical equipment, sufficient and operational

Title II


Specification requirements for individual types and forms of study programs

B. General requirements for bachelor programs

I. Contents of the Bachelor's program

E. General requirements for master's degree programs

I. The contents of the Master's program

The content of the Master's program is based on contemporary
state of scientific knowledge and creative activity in the field of education.

II. Staffing master program

First The guarantor of the master's degree program, academic staff,
who was appointed professor or appointed Associate Professor in that
corresponds to the area or areas within which education or
framework which should be the masters degree program was implemented, and
which in the field in the last five years, he
scientific or artistic activity.

Second Courses profiling base
master's degree program are guaranteed academic staff with scientific degrees;

III. Creative activity
