On standards for accreditation of higher education

Government directs pursuant to § 82a of Act no. 111/1998 Coll., On universities and
on changes and amendments to other acts (the Universities Act), as amended
Act no. 137/2016 Coll. :

§ 1
Subject Matter


This Regulation lays down standards for institutional accreditation
standards for accreditation of study program, the standards for accreditation
habilitation procedures and standards for the accreditation procedure for the appointment of Professor
that are listed in the Annex hereto.

§ 2
Efficiency


This regulation comes into force on 1 September 2016.

PART ONE


STANDARDS FOR INSTITUTIONAL ACCREDITATION

A. Requirements institutional environment

I. Competence of college, a management college

First College has defined authority that fulfills the statutory powers

STANDARDS FOR ACCREDITATION OF THE STUDY PROGRAMME
Title I


General requirements

C. Requirements institutional environment

I. Competence of Colleges

Title II


Specification requirements for individual types and forms of study programs
