DECREE



The Ministry of transport and communications



of 13 October. September 2000,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of transport no. 177/1995 Coll., which

construction and technical issues of procedure, as amended by Decree No. 243/1996 Coll.



The Ministry of transport and communications shall establish under section 66 paragraph 1. 1 and 4 to perform

§ 3 para. 1, § 5 para. 3, § 6 (1). 1, § 7 (2). 2 and article 20 (2). 3

Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on rail, as amended by Act No. 23/2000 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree 177/1995 Coll. issuing the construction and technical regulations

railways, as amended by Decree No. 243/1996 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in article 1, paragraph 1 reads:
