DECREE



The Ministry of transport and communications



of 15 November 2004. June 2000,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of transport no. 173/1995 Coll., which

issued by transport regulations, as amended by Decree No. 242/1996 Coll.



The Ministry of transport and communications shall establish under section 66 paragraph 1. 1 of law No.

266/1994 Coll., on rail, as amended by Act No. 23/2000 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as

the "Act") to implement section 22(2). 5, § 35 para. 3, § 42 para. 3, § 43

paragraph. 1, § 43 para. 4, § 43 para. 5 and § 44 para. 1:



Article. (I)



Decree 173/1995 Coll. issuing the transport regulations, as amended by

Decree No. 242/1996 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1 (b). (e)) at the end of the words "as well as light transport
