DECREE
of 13 October. December 2005,
amending the Decree of the Ministry of transport no. 223/1995 Coll.
the eligibility of the vessels for use on inland waterways, in

The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 52 of the Act No. 114/1995 Coll.
inland waterway, as amended by Act No. 358/1999 Coll. and Act No.
118/2004 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree 223/1995 Coll., on the eligibility of the vessels to operate on
inland waterways, as amended by Decree No. 83/2000 Coll.
Decree No. 186/2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in footnote 1, the words "directive of the European
Parliament and Council Directive 97/68/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member
States relating to measures against the emission of gaseous pollutants
and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines to be installed in
mobile machinery, as amended by Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council
2004/26/EC of 21 June 1999. April 2004 amending Directive 97/68/EC ".
2. in annex No. 2 in section 1.02. at the end of the letter k) dot is replaced by
the comma and the following letter l) to o) are added:
"l) established an inland vessel-vessel intended for navigation on
inland waterway, whose length is 20 m or more and whose
displacement of 100 m3 or greater, or a tractor or pusher designed to
towing or pushing the vessels of 20 m or more straight or to the

3. in annex No. 2, at the end of section 5.03. the following subparagraph 5.03.3.,
that including the footnotes # 4, 5 and 6:
"5.03.3. In the event that propelled provided for inland

These values of pollutant emissions in the exhaust gases, which
must not be exceeded, also applies to auxiliary diesel engines above 560 kW
specified vessels.
Compliance with the values set the emission of pollutants in the exhaust
gases of the diesel engine provided for inland vessels
evidenced by the type-approval certificate according to the law of the European
Community ^ 4).
Values of pollutant emissions in the exhaust gases do not apply
the diesel engines of inland navigation vessels of State laid down
Administration, the fire brigade of the United States, the armed forces and
security forces ^ 5) Czech Republic, municipal police and administrators
water courses, if they are intended for professional purposes, vessels folders

Article II
Transitional provisions
1. The provisions of article. I, point 3 on diesel engines category V1:1, V1:2 and
V1:3 apply only if they have been produced and installed on
