DECREE



of 9 June. November 2004,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of transport no. 177/1995 Coll., which

construction and technical issues of procedure, as amended



The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 66 paragraph 1. 1 and 4 of law No 266/1994

Coll., on rail, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 3 (2). 1, § 5 para.

3, § 6 (1). 1, § 7 (2). 2 and article 20 (2). 4 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Decree 177/1995 Coll. issuing the construction and technical regulations

railways, as amended by Decree No. 243/1996 Coll., Decree No. 346/2000 Coll.

Decree No. 413/2001 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1, letter a) is added:

5. In section 4, paragraph 3, the last sentence shall be deleted.

Article II



Transitional provisions



1. the current light level crossing equipment is adjusted according to

reconstruction or modernization.

under the provisions of sections 38 and 39 of the decree and the stop of the tram and on the track

orientation at the earliest reconstruction or modernization.
