amending the Decree of the Ministry of transport no. 177/1995 Coll., which
construction and technical issues of procedure, as amended
The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 66 paragraph 1. 1 and 4 of law No 266/1994
Coll., on rail, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 3 (2). 1, § 5 para.
3, § 6 (1). 1, § 7 (2). 2 and article 20 (2). 4 of the Act:
Article. (I)
Decree 177/1995 Coll. issuing the construction and technical regulations
railways, as amended by Decree No. 243/1996 Coll., Decree No. 346/2000 Coll.
Decree No. 413/2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, letter a) is added:
"and the railway back stones grading), construction and equipment of the railway

5. In section 4, paragraph 3, the last sentence shall be deleted.
6. In section 4, paragraph 4 the following new paragraphs 5 and 6 are added:
"(5) the Crossings used only in a particular season, way

22. in § 13 para. 8 of the fourth sentence, after the word "standing", the words "and

23. in § 13 para. 13, the word "recommended" be deleted and the words "in the annex
No. 5 "shall be added the words" under the item 159 for design and under

24. in § 14 para. 2, 3 and 4, the last sentence shall be deleted.
25. in § 14 para. 5, the word "featured" be deleted and the words "in the annex

26. in article 15, paragraph 2. 5, the words ' contains the recommended technical standard
referred to in annex No 5 "shall be replaced by the words" provide technical standards
listed in annex 5 under items 107 to 136 and 141 to 158 ".
27. the heading of section 16 reads: "arrangement of traffic areas".
28. in § 16 para. 1, the second sentence is replaced by the phrases "platform and at least

33. In § 17 paragraph 1 reads:

49. Footnote 3 is added:

50. in § 25 para. 2 the term "featured" be deleted and the words "in the annex

51. In § 25 paragraph 10 the following new paragraphs 11 and 12, which
shall be added:

Article II
Transitional provisions
1. the current light level crossing equipment is adjusted according to
the requirements of section 4, paragraph 4. 6 and § 17 para. 1 of the Decree, at the earliest
reconstruction or modernization.

under the provisions of sections 38 and 39 of the decree and the stop of the tram and on the track

orientation at the earliest reconstruction or modernization.
Article. (III)
