The DECREE



of 11 December. November 2010,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior, no 388/2002 Coll., on

the determination of the administrative districts of municipalities, charged with municipal authority and administrative

circuits of municipalities with extended powers, in wording of later regulations, and

Decree No. 564/2002 Coll., on the establishment of the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and

the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, in the wording of later regulations



The Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to article 3 of Act No. 314/2002 Coll., on

determination of municipalities charged with municipal authority and the establishment of municipalities with extended

scope and according to § 1a of paragraph 1. 3 of the Act No. 36/1960 Coll. on territorial

the breakdown of the State, as amended by Act No. 320/2002 Coll.:



PART THE FIRST



Amendment to Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with

charged with municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended

, as amended



Article. (I)



Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with designated

the municipal authority and the administrative circuits municipalities with extended competence, in

the texts of Decree No. 388/2004 Coll., Decree No. 361/2006 Coll., Decree No.

445/2008 Coll. and Decree No. 486/2009 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:



1. In section 5, in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority Česká Lípa

the word "the" be deleted, the word "Bohatice, Častolovice".



2. In section 6 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority of Nový Jičín

for the word "" is added the word "Kunin, Libhošť".



3. In section 8 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority of Pardubice

the word "the" be deleted, the word "Dubany, Hostovice".



4. In section 8 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority, Vysoké Mýto

in "Czech" deleted "Heřmanice, Domoradice".



5. In section 9 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority is for

the word "Jerusalem" words ", Lhota, Malesice".



6. In section 10, in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority of Beroun is

for the words "Zadní Třebaň" deleted the word "Zahořany".



7. In section 11 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority Duchcov,

the word "Lahošt" is replaced by "Lahošť".



8. In section 12 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority Světlá nad

Sázavou, the words "the top Look" shall be replaced by "the Look".



9. In section 18, in the area municipalities with extended competence of Česká Lípa,

"after the word" deleted "Brniště, Častolovice".



10. In section 19 in the area municipalities with extended competence of Nový Jičín

for the word "" is added the word "Kunin, Libhošť".



11. In section 21 in the circumference of the shtetls Pardubice

"after the word" deleted "Dubany, Hostovice".



12. In section 21 in the circumference of the shtetls, Vysoké Mýto

the word "the" be deleted, the word "Kish Island, Domoradice".



13. In section 22 in circumference of the shtetls of Pilsen for the

the word "the" be deleted, the word "Letkov, Lhota".



14. In section 22 in circumference of the shtetls of Pilsen for the

the word "the" be deleted, the word "Losiná, Malesice".



15. In section 23 in the circumference of the shtetls of Beroun is a

the words "Zadní Třebaň" deleted the word "Zahořany".



16. In section 24 in circumference of the shtetls of Teplice,

the word "Lahošt" is replaced by "Lahošť".



17. In section 25 in the administrative area with extended powers over the Clearance

Sázavou, the words "the top Look" shall be replaced by "the Look".

Amendment to Decree No. 564/2002 Coll., on the establishment of the territory of the districts of the Czech

Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital Prague, as subsequently amended

the laws of the



Article. (II)



Annex 1 to the Decree No 564/2002 Coll., on the establishment of the territory of the districts of the Czech

Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital Prague, as amended by Decree No.

623/2004 Coll., Decree No. 361/2006 Coll., Decree No. 513/2006 Coll.

Decree No 445/2008 Coll. and Decree No. 486/2009 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:



1. In the Nový Jičín district, after the word "word" Kunin, Libhošť ".



2. In the Teplice district, the word "Lahošt" replaced by the word "Lahošť".

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. January 2011.
