of 19 December 2003. August 2008,
amending Decree No. 423/2004 Coll. laying down the credit
system for the issue of a certificate for the medical profession without
direct line supervision of health workers
The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 90 para. 2 (a). (c)) of the Act
No. 96/2004 Coll., on conditions for the acquisition and recognition of competence to perform
paramedical professions and to pursue activities related
with the provision of health care and amending certain related laws
(the law on the paramedical professions):
Article. (I)
Decree 423/2004 Coll. laying down the credit system for the issue of
the certificate for the medical profession without a direct line or
professional supervision of health workers, is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, the words ", the acquisition of which is required for the issue of a certificate
for the medical profession without the direct guidance or vocational
sight ^ 2) a health care professional (hereinafter referred to as the "certificate"). "

"§ 2
Definition of terms
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

performance of the medical profession or medical care,

technical nature,
2. in non-periodic publications ^ 6), or electronic form,
that have technical character,
3. in the form of specialist monographs, textbooks, lecture notes or vocational

4. in the form of abstracts of professional communication referred to in the international

"§ 3
The number of credits for each of the forms of lifelong education
(1) For the study of higher education study programmes upstream ^ 10),
the specialization of the medical focus on high school ^ 11), scope
education of the medical focus in higher vocational school after obtained
professional competence for the exercise of the medical profession, medical
of higher specialized studies, special preparation or

5. in section 3, the following new paragraph 3a and 3b are inserted:
' section 3a

Article. (II)
Transitional provision
Credits due for participation in training actions of the different forms of
lifelong learning, which took place before the date of entry into force of
of this order, shall be counted in the number of laid down by Decree No 423/2004
Coll., in the version in force until the date of entry into force of this Decree. If
in accordance with Decree No. 423/2004 Coll., in the version in force from the date of acquisition
the effectiveness of this Ordinance, shall be in attendance at training events
different forms of lifelong education, a higher number of credits before
they belong in the first sentence, be reallocated to a higher number of credits.
