DECREE



The Czech Mining Authority



of 8 March. July 2002,



amending the Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No 22/1989 Coll.

safety and health at work and the safety of operations at

mining activities and in the activities to be carried out using mining techniques in the

underground, as amended



The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 6 paragraph 1. 6 (a). and Act No. 61/1988)

Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State Mining Administration:



Article. (I)



Decree 22/1989 Coll. on safety and health at work and the

traffic safety in mining activities and in the activities carried out by the

using mining techniques in the underground, as amended by Decree No. 477/1991 Coll.

Decree No. 340/1992 Coll., Decree No. 3/1994 Coll., Decree No. 54/1996

Coll., Decree No. 109/1998 Coll. and Decree No. 434/2000 Coll., is amended

as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 1 letter c) is added:



"(c)) mobile (mobile) the machine a machine that in its work

5. In article 88, paragraph 1 shall be deleted.

7. In § 101 paragraph. 6, the second sentence shall be deleted.



8. In article 101, the following paragraph 8, which including the footnotes.

9. § 102 is repealed.

Paragraphs 4 to 6 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 5 to 7.

Article II



Regulation (EEC)



Shall be deleted:

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. August 2002, with the exception of

the provision of section 4A(1). 2 and section 79, which will become effective on 1 January 2004. October

2002.
