GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 11 December 1997. in May 2005,



amending Government Decree No. 98/2002 Coll., laying down

conditions and method of providing subsidies from the State budget on the things to do

members of national minorities, and to support the integration of members of the

The Government directs pursuant to § 12 para. 2 and § 13 para. 2 Act No. 273/2001

Coll., concerning the rights of members of national minorities and amending certain

laws, and for the implementation of law No. 218/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules

and amending certain related laws (the budgetary rules), in

amended by Act No. 493/2000 Coll., Act No. 143/2001 Coll., Act No.

187/2001 Coll., Act No. 450/2001 Coll., Act No. 320/2001 Coll., Act No.

202/2002 Coll., Act No. 320/2002 Coll., Act No. 483/2003 Coll., Act No.

482/2004 Coll. and Act No. 1/2005 Coll.:



Article. (I)



The Government Decree No 98/2002 Coll., laying down the conditions and the method of

the provision of subsidies from the State budget for the activities of members of the

national minorities and to support the integration of members of Roma

community, is hereby amended as follows:



1. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1, after the words "(hereinafter referred to as" the Council ")," the words ",

where appropriate, with its President, ".



2. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1 (b). (b)), the words "3 and 4" shall be replaced by the words "points 2

up to 4 ".



3. in section 3, paragraph 2 reads as follows:



"(2) the provider shall propose, after consultation with the Council of the Government of the United States

for the Affairs of the Roma community (hereinafter referred to as the "Council for the Roma

Affairs "), eventually with its President, the design of the specific

binding indicators to support the integration of members of the Roma community. ".



4. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 the first sentence, the word "its" is replaced by the words "and with the Council

for Roma Affairs, possibly with their President, "and the second sentence is

be replaced by the phrase "the Council will discuss the proposal at the latest within 15 working

days of its submission; If they do not, agree. ".



5. In section 4, paragraph 4. 2 the first sentence, the words "laid down in the cooperation"

the word "projednaném" shall be replaced by the words "authority for the integration

6. In section 4, paragraph 4. 3, the words "in cooperation" shall be replaced by "after

14. in paragraph 12, the words "authority for the integration of" replacing the words "the Council for

Roma ".



15. In § 13 para. 2 the second sentence, the words "the authority for integration" are replaced by

the words "the Council for Roma Affairs".



16. in section 19 para. 1 the first sentence, the word "and" is replaced by a comma and the words

"multicultural education" with the words "and the aid program

education of pupils coming from a different linguistic and cultural

environment ".



17. in paragraph 20, for the letter b) the following point (c)), which read as follows:



"(c)) the creation and validation of training programmes in the field of population

minority education and multicultural education, ".



Letter c) is renumbered as paragraph (d)).



18. In paragraph 8 (d)):



"(d)), sociological and statistical investigation directly linked

the zones referred to in paragraph 2 (a). d).".



19. in paragraph 23 of the at the end of subparagraph (c)) the dot replaces the comma and the following

the letter d), which read as follows:
