amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 207/2001 Coll., which

performs the Act 301/2000 Coll., on the civil registry, the name and surname and amending

some related laws, as amended, and

Decree 300/2006 Coll., implementing Act No. 115/2006 Coll.

registered partnership and amending certain related laws, and

amending Decree No. 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No.

301/2000 Coll. on civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain

related laws, as amended



Ministry of the Interior shall determine under section 96 (a). a), k) and n) of law No.

301/2000 Coll. on civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain

related laws, as amended by Act No. 165/2004 Coll.:



PART THE FIRST



Amendment to Decree No. 207/2001 Coll.



Article. (I)



Decree 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301/2000 Coll.

the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related laws,

as amended by Decree No. 230/2001 Coll., Decree No. 499/2001 Coll., Decree

No. 566/2002 Coll., Decree No. 660/2004 Coll., Decree No. 539/2005 Coll.

Decree No. 300/2006 Coll. and Decree No. 352/2006 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in section 40 para. 2, the word "district" is replaced by "district".



2. in annex No. 1 of the "Oregon" in the column "the village with

extended powers "in paragraph 1. "Česká Lípa", in the column "Registry

the authority "in section 1. "Česká Lípa", in the column "list of municipalities, cities, urban

parts of the districts, and the military administrative circuit újezdů registry

the Office ", point 2. "Častolovice" is deleted.



Points 3 to 16 are renumbered 2 to 15.



3. in annex No. 1 of the "country" in the column "the village with

extended powers "in paragraph 7. "Olomouc", in the column "Registry Office"

in point 12. "Olomouc", in the column "list of villages, towns, districts,

districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "

in point 9. the word "Chesterfield" is replaced by "Samotišky".



4. in annex No. 1 of the "Yorkshire" in the column "the village with

The existing paragraphs 10 to 28 shall be renumbered 9 to 27.

"Brisbane", in the column "list of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban

circuits and circuit military újezdů the administrative registry office "in section

6. in annex No. 1 of the "capital city Prague" in the column "Registry

Points 3 and 4 are renumbered 2 and 3.



8. in annex No. 3 mark the second column reads: "the registry books, their

9. In annex 3, in the second column in the 50th row of the

"Prague" is a reference to endnote "*)".



10. In annex 3, the third column, including its designation be repealed.



11. At the end of annex 3 with the following text



"The explanatory notes:



*) In the capital city of Prague, the druhopisy and the collection of documents stored in

The archives of the city of Prague (article 23, paragraph 4, of the Act) ".".

Amendment to Decree No. 300/2006 Coll.



Article. (II)



In paragraph 24 of the Decree No. 300/2006 Coll., implementing Act No. 115/2006

Coll., on registered partnership and amending some related

laws, and amending the Decree 207/2001 Coll., implementing the

Act 301/2000 Coll., on the civil registry, the name and surname and amending

some related laws, as amended, the words

"31 December 2007" shall be replaced by ' 31. December 2020 ".



PART THREE



The EFFECTIVENESS of the



Article. (III)



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2008.
