The DECREE
from day 4. February 2010,
amending Decree No. 540/2005 Coll., on the quality of electricity supply and
related services in the electricity sector
The Energy Regulatory Office shall determine under section 98a of paragraph 1. 2 (a). (c)) of the Act
No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and the public administration in
energy sectors and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act),
as amended by law No 158/2009, code:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 540/2005 Coll., on the quality of the supply of electricity and related
services in the electricity sector, is hereby amended as follows:
1. In article 1, the word "limits" shall be replaced by the words "the procedures and time limits".

4. In article 4, paragraphs 1 to 4 shall be added:
