amendments to certain acts (the Water Act), as amended by Act No. 20/2004 Coll.
pursuant to section 2b, paragraph. 2 and section 2 c of paragraph 1. 5 of law No. 252/1997 SB., about
Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 85/2004 Coll. and Act No. 291/2009 Coll., and
According to § 1 (1). 3 of Act No. 256/2000 Coll., on the State farm
the intervention of the Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (the law on the State
the agricultural intervention fund), as amended by Act No. 441/2005 Coll. and
Law No. 291/2009 Coll.:
PART THE FIRST
Change of government regulation on the determination of vulnerable areas and the programme of action
Article. (I)
Regulation of the Government No. 262/2012 Coll., on the determination of vulnerable areas and
the programme of action, as amended by regulation of the Government No. 448/2012 Coll. and regulation
Government no 400/2013 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. Footnote 7 is added:
"7) Decree No. 377/2013 on storage and how to use it
fertilizer. ".
2. In section 7, paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) if the agricultural land flooded, was overwhelmed by water, freezing to death or
covered in snow, not on her to use nitrogen fertilising substances, with the exception of

Footnote No. 10 shall be repealed, and that including a link to the note below

3. In section 8 paragraph 3 reads:

4. In article 8, paragraph 4 shall be deleted.
Paragraphs 5 and 6 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 4 and 5.
5. In article 9, paragraph 1, including the footnote No 14:
"(1) the capacity of the storage space for livestock manure ^ 6) must
responding to the need for the storage of their six-month production; This does not apply

6. In article 9, paragraph 2 shall be deleted.
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 2 and 3.
7. In section 9 (2). 2, after the words "can be saved on the agricultural land"
the words "only in a manner that will not endanger the environment and".
8. In section 11 paragraph 3 reads:
"(3) On agricultural land with the culture of arable land and the grass is
sklonitostí of more than 10 degrees may not use any nitrogen
fertilising substances. The exception is the use of solid manure and solid

Nitrogen is used to promote decomposition of straw or meziplodině not to limit nitrogen supply
