which announces 2. change the binding of the territorial plan of the great
territorial unit Ostrava agglomeration
Announced by the Ministry for regional development, pursuant to section 29. 3 of Act No.
50/1976 Coll., on territorial planning and the building code (the building Act),
the text of Act No. 83/1998 Coll.:
Article 1
2. change the binding of the territorial plan of the great territorial unit in Ostrava
the agglomeration is defined in annex 1 to this communication and listed in
Annex No 2 to this communication.
Article 2
Territorial plan of the great territorial unit Ostrava agglomeration, approved by the
resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic from July 10. June 1998 No. 395, as amended by
resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic of 4. December 2000, No 1221 is
stored on the District Office Nový Jičín, at the municipality of Ostrava and on

Annex 2
2. change the binding of the territorial plan of the great territorial unit in Ostrava
agglomeration
The mandatory part of the urban plan of the great territorial unit Ostrava agglomeration
defined by regulation of the Government No. 185/1994 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 143/1998
Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. land use planning to protect corridors and areas for the highway D
47 section Bílovec-Ostrava-Rudná.
2. the territorial protection corridor Highway 47 (D) of the resolution approved by the Government of the Czech
Republic of 17. August 1994 no. 447 was the resolution of the Government of the Czech
Republic of 4. December 2000, No 1221 changed.
3. The building associated with the implementation plan referred to in point 1 and the territorial
as defined in part 2 of the video. changes to the zoning plan at a scale of 1:50
000, bearing the endorsement of approval are public utility.
