amending Decree No. 352/2005 Coll., on details of the management of
electrical and electronic equipment and on the detailed funding conditions
disposal (Decree on the management of waste electrical and
electronic equipment), as amended
Ministry of the environment after consultation with the Ministry of finance
determined in accordance with section 37 h of paragraph 1. 3, § 37i para. 7 and § 37p para. 4 of law No.
185/2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other acts, as amended by
Act No. 7/2005 Coll. and Act No. 165/2012 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
Article. (I)
Decree 352/2005 Coll., on details of waste electronic equipment
and electronic equipment and on the detailed conditions of financing management
(Decree on the management of waste electrical and electronic equipment), as amended by
Decree No. 65/2010 Coll., Decree No. 285/2010 Coll., Decree No. 158/2011
Coll. and Decree No. 249/2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence, after the words "Decree § 37o para. 2 "the words"
§ 37p para. 4. "
2. In article 1 (1). 1 (f)) repealed.
Subparagraph g) to (j)) shall become letters (f)) to (i)).
3. In paragraph 1, at the end of paragraph 2, the period is replaced by a comma and the following

4. In section 5, paragraph 9, the following paragraph 10 is added:

§ 14 c
