Pursuant to the mandate contained in article XVIII. up to XX. law of 10. April

1919, no. 207 Coll. and n., issued the following regulations:



§ 1.



The rights and obligations of the mining accident insurance company in Vienna, as regards

accidents occurring between 1. January 1915 and 31. in December 1918 in

the undertakings referred to in § 2 (2). 1. Government regulation of the Republic of

Czechoslovak from 19. in May 1919, no. 356 Coll. and n., and in the

the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic, crossing on 1 July. January 1920 to the new

§ 2.

§ 4.
