The Sudanese Democratic Republic on cooperation in the field of health

On 12 June 2006. February 1970 was in the Khartoum agreement signed between the Government of

The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of Sudan's Democratic

Republic on cooperation in the field of health.



According to article 12 of the Agreement entered into force on 23 September 2006. July

1970.



The Czech version of the agreement shall be published at the same time.

The AGREEMENT



between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Sudan

Democratic Republic on cooperation in the field of health



The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Sudan

Democratic Republic in an effort to consolidate the friendly relations and cooperation

in the health sector between the two countries have decided to conclude this

Agreement:



Article 1



The Contracting Parties shall develop cooperation and to promote the mutual exchange of

experience in matters of health and medical sciences.



Article 2



The parties will exchange experiences in the field of public

health care and the management of health services, in particular in the field of

preventive and therapeutic care, hygiene and protiepidemické care,

medical education and experience with medical instruments, instruments and

drugs.



Article 3



The Contracting Parties shall exchange programs and documents on the study

the move, conferences and meetings, which will cover health

questions. Will take place in the territory of one of the Contracting Parties to the international

Congress, the party will invite the other party to participate.



Article 4



The Contracting Parties shall exchange lists of medical literature,

medical films, teaching figurative and other equipment in the field

medical education.



Article 5



When joint control of infectious diseases, the Contracting Parties will be

Exchange experiences in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of these diseases, and

they will send you the relevant reports on the epidemiological situation.



Article 6



The Contracting Parties will exchange experience to promote and disseminate

cooperation between the research institutes, schools for healthcare professionals

and other medical institutes.



Article 7



The Contracting Parties shall cooperate in the field of training for medical

workers, in particular:



1. the Czechoslovak party will assist in training Sudanese

health care workers that will be broadcast to the Sudanese Democratic

States experts to Sudanese health workers trained there,

or provide the Sudanese medical personnel the opportunity to study

in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.



2. both parties will encourage the exchange of doctors and other health care

workers and provide them with postgraduate training in a special

the scope, or to allow them to study certain types of diseases.



3. the Czechoslovak party will be broadcast to the Sudanese Democratic

the Republic health care professionals on the basis of specific agreements,

agreed between the competent authorities of both Contracting Parties.



4. the Contracting Parties shall exchange educational AIDS and teaching

experience.

Article 10



The Contracting Parties shall pay the other costs that will be incurred in the implementation of

This agreement, according to the following principles:



1. the lists of medical literature and medical films, teaching illustrative and

other tools and educational materials will be replaced free of charge.



2. In the sending of delegations or when participating at conferences and gatherings and

meetings of the sending party shall bear the cost of the path to the destination, and

back; the receiving party shall bear the costs for reasonable accommodation, remote

the fare associated with the program of stay and reasonable daily diet.



3. The costs associated with broadcasting and residence of the physicians and other health

workers on the territory of the other Contracting Parties shall be borne by the Contracting Party on whose

the request was sent by these persons.



Article 11



Mutual statement of costs pursuant to article 10 of this Agreement shall be

carried out in accordance with the payment agreement between the two countries.



Article 12



This agreement is subject to approval in accordance with the laws of the Contracting Parties, and shall enter

into force after an exchange of notes on its approval.



Is negotiated for a term of five years and will be automatically

renew every five years, unless one of the parties it

cancels the six months before the expiration of the relevant period of validity.



This agreement may be amended only with the consent of both Contracting

party.



Drawn up in Khartoum on 12 June 2006. February 1970 in two original copies,

every in Czech, Arabic and English. When the divergences of interpretation

texts shall be decided by the English.
