GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 March. in May 2004,
amending Government Decree No. 37/2003 Coll. on remuneration for the performance of
the function members of the Councils
Government decrees for the implementation of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal
establishment), as amended by Act No. 273/2001 Coll., Act No. 320/2001 Coll.
Act No. 452/2001 Coll., Act No. 312/2002 Coll., Act No. 59/2003 Coll.
Act No. 22/2004 Coll., Act No. 215/2004 Coll. and Act No. 256/2004 Coll.,
for the implementation of Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on regions (regional establishment), in
amended by Act No. 273/2001 Coll., Act No. 450/2001 Coll., Act No.
231/2002 Coll., Act No. 228/2003 Coll., Act No. 215/2004 Coll. and act
No 257/2004 Coll., and for the implementation of Act No. 133/2000 Coll., on the capital

Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 37/2003 Coll. on remuneration for the performance of functions of the members of the
Councils, shall be amended as follows:
1. in article 3 paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) the monthly reward calculated according to annex 1 to this regulation,
columns 1 to 9, and according to the annex 3 to this regulation, columns 1 to 6,
is rounded up to whole ten-up. ".

Article II
Transitional provisions
1. Monthly remuneration, calculated in accordance with annexes 1 to 3 to this regulation,
provide for the first time for the month of may, 2004.
2. the members of the Councils is to Loose 30. June 2004 provide for
period from 1. January 2004 to 30 June 2005. April 2004, the difference between the amount of the monthly
the remuneration of the current legislation and the amount of the monthly remuneration under this
Regulation; Similarly, it is possible to do in the case of released members
the Municipal Council.
3. the members of the Councils in companies the first half of 2004
additional remuneration in the amount of one tenth of the amount they would otherwise originated
claim. Neuvolněným members of the Councils it is possible in the first half of the year
2004 to provide additional fee equivalent to one tenth of the amount that would
otherwise it was possible to provide.
