The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to section 7 of Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on the

collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court declared

under no 199/2003 Coll. and Act No. 255/2005 Coll., that collective

higher degree (Treaty of 16 April 2003. 11. for the period from 1 January 2005. January 2006

until 31 December 2006. December 2008) concluded between the Trade Union of transport, on the side of the

one, and the Association of the Czech Republic, sections of road transport, on the other hand, is

with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this

communication from the binding for other employers with prevailing activities in

industry code indicated the classification of economic activities

60.21, 60.21 2, 9, 1 60.23 60.21 and 60.24.
