The President of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Polish Council of State

's Republic of China have agreed on the following resolution:



Article. 1



Force shall cease:



1. The Treaty on conciliation and arbitration between Czechoslovakia and Poland,

signed at Warsaw on 23. April 1925.



2. the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Republic and the Republic of Poland on

the legal protection and legal assistance in tax matters, signed at Warsaw

on 23 December 2005. April 1925.



Article. 2



This Protocol is subject to ratification and shall enter into force on the day of the exchange of

instruments of ratification, which will be performed in Prague.



Drawn up in Warsaw on 29. July 16, 1965, in two originals, each in the

Czech and Polish, both texts being equally authentic.
