The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs indicates that in accordance with the

the provisions of § 9 para. 1 Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on collective

negotiation, as amended, were it stored in the period from 10. 12.

2013-10. 1.2014 these collective agreements of a higher degree:



1. Collective agreement a greater degree for the year 2014 (for a. s. and s. r.

o.), concluded on 20 April. 11.2013 between the Contracting Parties



Trade Union of workers of the transport, road holding and

car repair-Bohemia and Moravia road holding Section



and



The Union of transport of the Czech Republic-Road Sections of the economy.



2. higher level collective agreement to the year 2014, concluded on 20 April. 11.
