Republic of Algeria on the progress of national borders in the context of the results of the

Day 10. December 1986 was in Warsaw signed a contract between

With the Treaty, expressed its approval of the Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak

Treaty has entered into force pursuant to its article 5 on 10 December. October

1989.



The Czech version of the Treaty shall be designated at the same time.

CONTRACT



between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Polish people's

Republic on the course of national borders in the context of the results of the first

The President of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Polish Council of State

the people's Republic in an effort to meet commitments for the maintenance of national borders and

frontier characters, under the Treaty between the Czechoslovak

Socialist Republic and the Polish people's Republic on legal

relations on the Czechoslovakia-Polish State borders, of cooperation and

mutual assistance in border matters, signed in Prague on 2.

December 1967 (hereinafter referred to as "the Treaty on the legal relations"),



they decided to enter into this agreement and to this end have designated their

agents:

Article 1



In accordance with the results of the first joint of the examination during the

Czechoslovakia-Polish border at border waterways,

Article 2

The evidence that agents of the Contracting Parties have signed this agreement and
