GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 October. April 2006,
amending Government Decree No. 71/2003 Coll., on the determination of surface
water suitable for the life and reproduction of native species of fish and other
aquatic fauna and on the detection and assessment of the State of the water quality
Government decrees for the implementation of Act No. 254/2001 Coll. on waters and amending
some of the acts (the Water Act), as amended by Act No. 76/2002 Coll., Act
No. 320/2002 Coll., Act No. 274/2003 Coll., Act No. 20/2004 Coll. and act
No 444/2005 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 71/2003 Coll., on the determination of surface waters suitable for
the life and reproduction of native species of fish and other aquatic animals and
the detection and assessment of the State of the quality of these waters, is amended as follows:
1. in paragraph 4, at the end of paragraph 3, the full stop shall be replaced by "or", and
the following point (c)), which read as follows:
"(c)) in 5% of the samples for the parameters pH, free ammonia, ammonium, total
chlorine, total zinc, Bod5, nitrites, and dissolved copper. If is the frequency of the
sampling and measuring less than one sample per month, then you must
set out the values comply with all samples. ".
2. In section 4, paragraph 4 shall be deleted.
3. the following paragraph 4 is added to § 4a, including title and notes
line # 1:
"§ 4a
The program reducing the pollution of surface water
(1) the reduction in the pollution of surface water, which provides an overview of
surface water and indicators that do not meet these water
the values of quality, is given in annex 3 to this regulation.
(2) the security of the implementation of the programme referred to in paragraph 1, shall ensure the appropriate
authorities in carrying out duties under the Act through investment
measures, the status of the selected surface waters discovery and control
the measures taken so that the values laid down pursuant to § 4 paragraph 2. 1 was
achieved in the period to 1. May 2009 ^ 1).
