The DECREE



of 21 April 2004. October 2005,



amending Decree No 323/2004 Coll., implementing certain

the provisions of the law on wine-growing and Winery



The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 42 of the Act No. 321/2004 Coll., on

viticulture and winemaking and amending certain related laws

(law on wine-growing and winemaking):



Article. (I)



Decree No 323/2004 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the Act

on wine-growing and Winery, is hereby amended as follows:



1. § 1, including footnote No 1 is added:



"section 1



List of varieties for the production of quality wines produced in specified regions



[To section 4, paragraph 4 (b), (d)) of the Act]



(1) the list of wine-grape vine varieties, from which it is permitted to produce

quality wine produced in specified area, is listed in the State varietal book ^ 1).



(2) the names of some of the varieties referred to in paragraph 1 may be replace synonyms

listed in annex 1.

2. In section 9 (2). 1, the words "in oak casks with a capacity of 225 litres" shall be replaced by

litres ".



3. In article 9, at the end of paragraph 2, the period is replaced by a comma and the following

Article II
