DECREE



from day 4. November 2002,



amending Decree No. 245/2002 Coll., about the time of the hunt by species

the game and the conditions for implementing closer hunt



The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 68 to implement section 42 paragraph 1. 2

Act No. 449/2001 Coll., on game management, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):



Article. (I)



Decree 245/2002 Coll., about the time the hunting each species of game and

detailed conditions of implementation of the hunt, is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1 (b). j), the words "16. August ' shall be replaced by ' 1. August ".



2. In paragraph 1 (b). l) the words "16. August ' shall be replaced by ' 1. August ".



3. In section 1, points with) to ii) referred to as the letters p) to gg).



4. In paragraph 1 (b). p), the words "except as provided in section 2 (2). 3 and also from

1 January to 31 December 2004. December only catching "are replaced by the words" with exceptions

referred to in § 2 (2). 3 and 5 ".



5. in section 1 of the letter s) is added:



"with the General pheasant-Rooster) from 16. October to 31 December 2006. December, with the exception of

part of the hunting ground, which is a pheasant hatchery [section 2 (a)) of the Act], which can be

9. In paragraph 1 (b). DD), the words "16. August ' shall be replaced by ' 1. September ".



10. In paragraph 1 (b). EE), the words "1. June "shall be replaced by ' 1. July ".



11. In paragraph 1 (b). FF), the words "1. June "shall be replaced by ' 1. July ".



12. in section 1 of the letter gg) is added:



"gg) mountain entry alectoris Treaty of accession of the Czech Republic

the European Union in force from 16. October to 31 December 2006. December, in bažantnicích

[section 2 (a)) of the Act] 16. October to 31 December 2006. January. ".



13. in section 2 (2). 1 the term "use" is deleted.



14. in section 2, paragraph 4, including footnote # ^ 1) reads as follows:



"(4) in public and private national and international

airports used for air transport and military airports can be

year-round hunting all kinds of game meat referred to in § 1, which could

compromise the safety of air traffic. Remain unaffected by special

the legislation of the ^ 1) regulating the hunting of other species of game that could

compromise the safety of air traffic in these airports.

15. in section 2, the following paragraphs 5 and 6 are added:



"(5) the period of hunting Hare and pheasant field General for fishing hunting

a predator is 1. September until 31 December 2006. December.



(6) the period of the hunting of the Hare field is catching from 1. January to 31. January. Time

hunting pheasant General catching from 1. January to 31. in March, with the exception of

part of the hunting ground, which is a pheasant hatchery [section 2 (a)) of the Act], which can be

fish catching a pheasant-rooster and hen General 1. February to 31.

16. in section 3, paragraph 3. 1, the second sentence is replaced by the phrase "restriction does not apply

hunting Hare and pheasant field General hunting predators and hunting

Pheasant in bažantnicích [section 2 (a)) of the Act]. ".



17. in section 4, paragraph 4. 2, the words "paragraph 1 (b). II) shall cease to be "shall be replaced by" paragraph 1 of the

(a). Gg) and section 2 (2). 4 shall cease ".



Article II



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2003.
