The DECREE



of 31 March 2004. October 2013



amending Decree No 347/2012 Coll., laying down the

Techno-economic parameters of renewable resources for the production of

electricity and the lifetime of the generation of electricity from the supported sources



The Energy Regulatory Office shall, pursuant to section 53, paragraph. 2 (a). and (b)))

Act No. 165/2012 Coll., on supported energy sources and amending

Some laws (law on the supported sources of energy), as amended by

Act No. 310/2013 Coll., to implement section 7 (2). 3 and section 12, paragraph. 1 (a).

Article. (I)



Decree No 347/2012 Coll., laying down the technical and economic

parameters of renewable resources for the production of electricity and useful life

production of electricity from the supported sources, is hereby amended as follows:



1. In section 2 (c)):
