DECREE



of 10 June 1999. July 2009,



amending Decree No. 15/2005 Coll. laying down requirements

long-term plans, annual reports and reviews of the school



The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with section 11 and section 12 of the

paragraph. 2 Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary,

higher vocational and other education (the Education Act):



Article. (I)



Change the Decree laying down the elements of long-term plans,

annual reports and reviews of the school



Decree 15/2005 Coll. laying down the requirements for long-term

plans, annual reports and reviews of the school, is amended as follows:



1. § 1, including the title reads as follows:



"§ 1



Structure and content of the long-term intention of education and development

the educational system



(1) long-term training and development of the educational system (hereinafter referred to as

"long-term intent") sets out the strategic directions for the development of education and

the educational system, in particular, of the following basic aspects:



and lifelong learning),



(b) improving the quality and efficiency) in education and training

system,



(c)) to facilitate equal access to education for all,



d) sustainable development,



(e) educational level of the population), demographics, labour market,

employment, social cohesion.



(2) long-term intention always contains:



and evaluation of the achieved status and) changes against the previous long-term

in terms of the content and intent of quantitative targets, priority tasks

and development programmes,



(b) strategic directions for the development of education) and the educational system and method

their implementation and support in the following areas:



1. the objectives and content of the initial training,



2. the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of initial education,



3. the education of children, pupils and students with special educational

needs and of children, pupils and students in gifted,



4. the role and support of teaching staff,



5. further education in the context of lifelong learning,



6. the employability of graduates by industry education to the labour market,



7. basic art education,



8. language and leisure education



9. the system of advisory services,



10. cooperation of the State bodies and territorial self-governing units with

trade unions, employers ' organizations and other partners

in the performance of tasks in education,



(c) development and optimization criteria) the education system and structure

future educational offerings with a focus on the structure of the disciplines of education,

types of schools and their capacity on the basis of the anticipated demographic

the development and goals of further development,



(d)) the economic part, including in particular the financial demands on the State

budget and public budgets, development programs, and other resources

the financing, in particular, the funds of the European Union.

"§ 3

7. in article 7, paragraph 1 reads:

e) information on the results of education of pupils according to the objectives set by the school


educational programs and according to the level of education provided, including

the results of the final examinations, graduation tests and exam,



f) data on prevention of socially pathological phenomena,



g) data on the further training of teaching staff,



h) information about the activities and the presentation of the school to the public,



I) information on the results of work carried out by the Czech school inspection

inspections,



j) basic data on the management of the school,



for information about the involvement of the school) in development and international programmes



l) information about the involvement of schools to further education in the framework of the lifelong

learning,



m) produced and the school realized projects financed

from foreign sources



n) information about the cooperation with the trade union organisations,

employers and other partners in carrying out tasks in education. ".



8. the heading of section 8 reads as follows: "the framework structure of its own evaluation of the school".



9. In section 8 paragraph 1. 1 letter c) is added:



"(c)) the area referred to in paragraph 2, in which the school achieves good

the results, and the areas in which it is necessary to improve the level of education,

including proposals for appropriate measures ".



10. In § 8 para. 2 letter d) is added:



"(d)) the results of education of pupils and students, in the case of secondary schools and

colleges also applicability of graduates to the labour market ".



11. in section 9, paragraph 1 reads:



"(1) own reviews school processes on an ongoing basis, for the period 3

school years. ".



Article. (II)



Transitional provision



The long-term intention in accordance with Decree No. 15/2005 Coll., in the version in force from

the effective date of this order, shall submit to the Ministry of education,

Youth and sports of the Government for the first time in 2011 and regional offices
