GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 December 2002. March 2009,
amending Decree-Law No 209/2008 Coll., to implement special
measures to combat terrorism
The Government directs pursuant to § 4 paragraph 2. 1 and 3 of Act No. 69/2006 Coll., on the implementation of
international sanctions:
Article. (I)
Decree-Law No 209/2008 Coll., to implement special measures to fight
against terrorism, is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, the word "use" is replaced by "application".
2. Footnote 1 is added:
"1) Council common position 2001/931/CFSP of 27 April 2006 December 2001 on
the application of specific measures to combat terrorism, as amended by
Council common position 2009/67/CFSP. ".
