Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



PART THE FIRST



Amendment of the Act on courts and judges



Article. (I)



Act No. 6/2002 Coll., on courts, judges, lay judges and State administration

courts and amending some other acts (the Act on courts and judges),

as amended by Act No. 151/2002 Coll., Act No. 229/2002 Coll., the award

Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 102, the following paragraph 5 is added:



"(5) the term of Office of Presidents of colleges of the Supreme Court and the Supreme

the Administrative Court is 5 years old. ".



2. In § 108 paragraph. 2, the words "and the Vice-President of the Court" shall be replaced by

"the Court, the Vice-President of the Court and of the President of the College."



Article. (II)



Transitional provisions



1. The President of the College of the Supreme Court or the Supreme Administrative Court,

who was appointed to Office in 2009, and before the term ends

for 1 year from the date of entry into force of this Act.



2. The President of the College of the Supreme Court or the Supreme Administrative Court,

who was appointed to Office in 2010, term 2 ends

years from the date of entry into force of this Act.



3. The President of the College of the Supreme Court or the Supreme Administrative Court,

who was appointed to Office in 2011, for a term ending 3

years from the date of entry into force of this Act.



4. The President of the College of the Supreme Court or the Supreme Administrative Court,

who was appointed to Office in 2012, ending the term for the 4

years from the date of entry into force of this Act.



5. The President of the College of the Supreme Court or the Supreme Administrative Court,

that was appointed in 2013 or 2014 before the date

entry into force of this Act, the term of office ends in 5 years from the date of

entry into force of this Act.

1. in the introductory part of section 17 the provisions of the "base", the words

"valid to judge".



2. in section 18 para. 1 at the end of the text of subparagraph (a), the words "valid)

the judge ".

Amendment of Act No. 314/2008 Sb.



Article. (IV)



In the article. (II) Act No. 314/2008 Coll., amending Act No. 6/2002 Coll., on

the courts, judges, lay judges and the State administration of courts and amending

some other laws (the law on the courts and Judges Act), as amended by

amended, Act No. 150/2002 Coll., the administrative court rules, in

as amended, law No 7/2002 Coll., on proceedings in cases

judges and prosecutors, as amended, law No.

349/1999 Coll., on public defender of rights, as amended,

Act No. 283/1993 Coll., on the public prosecutor's Office, as amended

legislation, Act No. 200/1990 Coll. on offences, as amended

regulations, and Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on the legal profession, as amended

the regulations, as amended by the Constitutional Court declared under no. 294/2010

Coll., the following point 11 is added:



"11. The President of the Supreme Court, who was appointed before the

on 1 January 2004. October 2008, term of office ends on the day on which the end function

period to the President of the Supreme Administrative Court according to the part of the other article. (IV)

This Act. ".



PART FOUR



The EFFECTIVENESS of the



Article. In



This Act shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month

following its publication, with the exception of part three, which shall take

effect on the date of its publication.
