amending Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative circuits
municipalities, charged with municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended
, as amended, Decree No. 564/2002 Coll., on
determination of the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic, and the territory of the districts of the capital city
Prague, in wording of later regulations, and Decree No 207/2001 Coll., which
implementing Law No. 301/2000 Coll. on registers, the name and surname and
changes to some related laws, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to article 3 of Act No. 314/2002 Coll., on
determination of municipalities charged with municipal authority and the establishment of municipalities with extended
scope according to § 1a of paragraph 1. 3 of the Act No. 36/1960 Coll. on territorial breakdown
State, as amended by Act No. 320/2002 Coll. and under section 96 of the Act No. 301/2000
Coll. on registers, the name and surname and amending some related
laws, as amended by Act No. 165/2004 Coll.:
PART THE FIRST
Amendment to Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with
charged with municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended
, as amended
Article. (I)
Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with designated
the municipal authority and the administrative circuits municipalities with extended competence, in
the texts of Decree No. 388/2004 Coll. and Decree No. 361/2006 Coll., amended
as follows:
1. In section 13 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority of Zlín for
the word "Zlin", the words "Želechovice nad Dřevnicí".
2. In section 26 in the administrative area with extended jurisdiction in Zlín
the word "Zlin", the words "Želechovice nad Dřevnicí".
