amending the Decree of the Ministry of agriculture no. 428/2001 Coll.
implementing the Act 274/2001 Coll., on water supplies and sewerage Act
for public use and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on water supply and
sewerage Act), as amended by Decree No. 146/2004 Coll.
The Ministry of agriculture determined in accordance with section 40 of Act No. 274/2001 Coll.
water supplies and sewerage Act for public use and amending certain
laws (law on water supplies and sewerage Act), as amended by Act No. 76/2006
Coll., to implement section 5 para. 6, § 6 (1). 11, § 8 para. 11.0 § 11 (1) 2,
§ 12 para. 1, § 13 para. 5, § 17 para. 9, § 19 para. 10, § 20 para. 3 and
§ 36 odst. 7 of the Act:
Article. (I)
Decree 428/2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 274/2001 Coll.
water supplies and sewerage Act for public use and amending certain
laws (law on water supplies and sewerage Act), as amended by Decree No.
146/2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1 (b). e), the words "rainfall" is replaced by
"surface water drainage of the rainwater incurred (hereinafter referred to as" withholding
water ")".
2. In paragraph 3 (b). f), the words "and the effect on the cost price for the supply of drinking
water or sewage drainage ' shall be deleted.
3. In section 6 (1). 2 at the end of the text of subparagraph (a)) the following words "and not more than
the whole village, possibly several adjacent municipalities, if between the built-up
territory or area of these municipalities is not zastavitelnou a distance of greater than
200 m ".
4. In article 6 (1). 5, the word "June" shall be replaced by the word "July".

8. In section 8 paragraph 1. 5, the words "in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of Decree No. 376/2000

control "shall be replaced by" under a special legal regulation ^ 5a) ".
Footnote No. 5a is added:
"5a) § 7 para. 2 Decree No. 252/2004 Coll. laying down hygiene

water, as amended by Decree No. 187/2005 Coll. ".
9. In article 8, paragraph 6 shall be deleted.
10. Footnote 8 is added:

changes to some related laws, as amended. ".
11. in section 10, paragraph 1. 2 (a). (c)), the words "with a description of how to use all
spaces and rooms "are deleted.
12. section 11 including the title reads as follows:
"section 11
Operating diary
(1) in a production journal are recorded daily operating records
water supply or sewerage system or a part thereof, the activity data of the operator,
including events that may affect the operation of the water supply or
the sewage system. The operating journal will be recorded also the records of persons
carrying out monitoring and sampling of water and waste. In
operation, where the daily operation is not required, is carried out at each of the records
control or operational intervention.
(2) — if appropriate, can be broken down into sub operations diary operations
journals.
(3) the operating records provided for in paragraph 1 may be replaced by interim
computer automated system outputs control. ".
13. the title of part four:

14. in § 12 para. 2, letter c) the following point (d)), and (e)), which

examination, supplemented by education accredited the Ministry of education,
Youth and sports, finished the composition of professional tests, content
focused on at least 4 of the activities referred to in paragraph 1. ".
17. the heading of part five:

18. in article 13, the following new section 13a, which including the title reads as follows:
"§ 13a
The content of the financing plan of recovery of water supply or sewerage systems and rules for
its processing
(1) the financing plan for the rehabilitation of water supply or sewage is processed in
scope of the data according to the rules set out in annex 18.
(2) the financing plan for the rehabilitation of water supply or sewerage systems is updated

19. in article 15, the following paragraph 13, which read as follows:

20. In article 19 (1):
