amending the Act No. 563/2004 Coll. on pedagogic workers and about

amendments to certain laws, as amended



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pedagogic workers and amending certain

laws, as amended by law no 383/2005 Coll., Act No. 179/2006 Coll., Act

No 264/2006 Coll., Act No. 189/2008 Coll., Act No. 384/2008 Coll., Act

No 223/2009 Coll., Act No. 227/2009 Coll., Act No. 422/2009 Coll., Act

No 159/2010 Coll. and Act No 420/2006, is amended as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 1 the words "specially pedagogical" shall be replaced by

"speciálněpedagogickou".



2. In article 2 (2). 2, the letter h) the following new subparagraph (i)), including

footnote No 20:



"i) prevention methodologies in educational-psychological counseling ^ 20),



20) § 5 para. 3 of Decree No. 72/2005 Coll. on the provision of Advisory

services in schools and educational counselling establishments, as amended by

amended. ".



The present letter i) is renumbered as paragraph (j)).



3. in the first section in the title of title II, the words "and REQUESTS" are deleted.



4. In paragraph 6 of paragraph 1, including footnote # 8 reads as follows:

6. In article 6 (1). 2, letter a) the following new subparagraph (b)), which read as follows:

7. In paragraph 6 (1). 2 (a). (c)), the words "early childhood education" shall be replaced by

g) referred to in paragraph 2 (a). and) or (b)). ".



9. In paragraph 7 (2). 2, letter a) the following new subparagraph (b)), which read as follows:



"(b)) University education acquired in an accredited

12. In section 8 paragraph 1. 2, letter a) the following new subparagraph (b)), and (c)), which

shall be added:



"(b)) University education acquired in an accredited

15. in § 9 para. 2, letter a) the following new subparagraph (b)), and (c)), which

shall be added:



"(b)) in the field of educational sciences, focused on the preparation of teachers

General-education courses second level primary school and

General-education secondary school courses of study, which

corresponds to the character of vocational subject taught,



(c)) in the field of teaching Sciences, focused on the preparation of teachers

General-education secondary school courses of study, which

corresponds to the character of vocational subject or target ".

16. in § 9 para. 2 letter d) is added:

(e) the higher vocational education) gained by ending the eight-year or

Bachelor's degree programme in the area of pedagogical sciences



2. education in the lifelong learning programme at a high

school and focused on pedagogy, or



3. the study of pedagogy.



(2) the Director of the elementary school, middle school and Conservatory can

of auxiliary educational work in the school, in a school

facilities for extracurricular education, in a school education and accommodation

the device, in a school for institutional or protective education

or in a school for preventative educational care, gets

professional qualifications



and) pursuant to paragraph 1,



b) secondary education with re-training obtained by closing the education

Article. (II)



Transitional provisions



1. Professional qualifications obtained in accordance with Act No. 563/2004 Coll., as amended by

effective until the date of entry into force of this Act, shall not be affected.



2. Professional qualifications obtained from the study, which was initiated before the date of

entry into force of this law, shall be assessed in accordance with Act No. 563/2004

Coll., in the version in force until the date of entry into force of this Act.



3. On the procedure for the accreditation of educational institutions and on the procedure for the accreditation of

the training program, which was initiated before the date of entry into force of

This Act is covered by the law No. 563/2004 Coll., in the version in force in

the effective date of this Act.



Article. (III)
